Orders submitted in December during the closure

If you placed an order in December during the closure, it’s going to be shipped very soon. We are waiting on DHL Shipping supplies from our courier service! They were backed up from the Christmas season and are working to provide us with these in the next week. Once received, we will ship your orders.

  1. I placed an order on January 15, 2019 and of 2/19/2019 it still has not been shipped. When I call, your phone mail box has been “full” for weeks and I can not leave a message or speak with anyone.

    Multiple e-mails requesting order status have been unanswered.
    THIS IS DAMN POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS. IS STIK-EES STILL IN BUSINESS? IF YOU WILL NOT SHIP, I WANT A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD

    1. Hello, we are so sorry. This order was overlooked by the warehouse staff and was just processed today for shipping tomorrow. We will refund your order and still ship as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences caused.
